Belarus’ proposals on informal UNGA meeting discussed in New York
MINSK, 14 March (BelTA) – Belarus’ Permanent Representative to the
United Nations Andrei Dapkiunas met with President of the General
Assembly of the United Nations Mogens Lykketoft at the UN headquarters
on 11 March 2016 to discuss the progress in the preparation of a number
of upcoming General Assembly events, BelTA learned from the press
service of the Belarusian Minsitry of Foreign Affairs.

Belarus, Council of Europe discuss ways to bolster cooperation
Belarus and the Council of Europe are mapping out ways to strengthen
bilateral cooperation, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs told BelTA after a meeting between Permanent
Representative of Belarus to the European Union, Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Belgium Andrei
Yevdochenko and Italian MP and PACE rapporteur on Belarus Andrea Rigoni
that took place on 2 March.
